Traditionally Taught Taekwon-do

We teach mixed age classes with students from the age of 6 upwards, so now is a great time to start a family activity.

Peewee 6-11, Junior 12-17, Adult 18-39 & Old Tigers 40+

We will teach you how to fight and defend yourself, using both hands and feet,
and the training will make you stronger, fitter and more confident.

Monday and Thursday evenings

Taekwondo is a great family sport, where mums and dads can learn alongside their children.
